is a family owned and operated business that was founded
in 1996 by RICHARD R. LIPARI. FMS had one office on Peel
Street in Montreal and provided mobile solutions to business
that had remote locations and traveling employees. Over
the years FMS expanded its portfolio of services while
maintaining expert status in the products that it sold
and supported.
FMS moved and expanded its services from pagers and cell
phones, to blackberrys, satellite phones, wireless modems
Lbs systems, tracking systems and world phone systems,
as communication became more integrated and mission critical
to many businesses. FMS understands the importance of

to explore new technologies that meet your needs.
